I’ve recently had a nutrition consultation with Laura and it was very informative. I always thought of myself as pretty well informed, but i was making silly mistakes.  Laura was able to highlight to me exactly where I was making incorrect choices and where i might make adjustments that will see me eating better for life rather than constantly ‘dieting’. I feel much better already, have lost a few pounds and I’m more active and sleeping better. Laura is non-judgmental, super friendly and an encouraging coach, I would recommend her to everyone, do yourself a favour, book a session!

I have found the Nutribalance Healthy Eating & Pilates Course to be so informative, practical and helpful.  Both Laura and Joe are really skilled, passionate and highly motivating.  I have lost weight by making a few changes without the need to weigh or track calories but more importantly I have learned how to make simple changes to my eating habits. I have attended various Pilates classes over the years but I learned the correct way to carry out certain movements with Joe with lots of individual attention.
