  • Tomato and mozzarella sticks

    This is a popular snack with kids and adults. Ingredients You will need 6 cherry tomatoes 6 mini low fat mozzarella balls (available from Lidl) and a teaspoon of pesto. Method Using a cocktail stick add 1 cherry tomato and 2 mozzerella balls to the first stick. Add 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 mozzarella ball for the second stick and so on. Once you have completed the 4 sticks, drizzle pesto on them. And finally enjoy!
