Overnight Oats

Here is my kids favourite breakfast and the best part is they make it themselves. Can be eaten on the go too!

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cupĀ  old-fashioned oats plus an extra teaspoonful for topping
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low fat)
  • 1/3 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
Method
  1. Blend the oats then add everything else.
  2. Pop in the fridge overnight and blend in the morning.
  3. Enjoy!
