Here is my kids favourite breakfast and the best part is they make it themselves. Can be eaten on the go too!
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats plus an extra teaspoonful for topping
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low fat)
- 1/3 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
- Blend the oats then add everything else.
- Pop in the fridge overnight and blend in the morning.
