Enjoy this tasty breakfast at the weekend. A firm favourite with children and adults!
- 2 Slices wholemeal bread
- 1 Egg
- 25ml Low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon Honey
- ½ tablespoon Butter
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon.
- Place butter in pan and heat until softened.
- Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides until well soaked.
- Now place on pan and cook on both sides until golden.
- Top with honey and serve with fresh berries
